Sky Observation

     Regional Science Centre, Bhopal organizes the Sky Observation Program daily in the evening. During the program using sophisticated telescopes viz: Refractor & Schmidt-Cassegrain, visitors will be allowed to see the different celestial bodies viz: Moon & its craters, Planets like Jupiter (with Galilean Moon: Europa, Ganymede, Io & Callisto), Saturn with Rings, Venus, Mars etc. Besides these regular program special events viz: Solar & Lunar Eclipses, Transit of planets will also be organised for the general public.                   
     During the program basics of telescopes will be explained and discussion on stories related to different constellations (such as Ursa Major, Orion the Hunter, Cassiopeia the Queen etc.) will also take place.


Please note that the program is subject to clear sky.
Timing: 05:45 pm to 07:00 pm.
No fees will be charged for the program. However, only entrance fees to the museum will be charged. (Rates of the same may please be referred from our website: www.rscbhopal.gov.in
