Auditorium

A 184 seating capacity fully air conditioned auditorium equipped with Audio/visual systems is available at a nominal Service Charges.
Service Charges:
a) Rs. 9000/- + Service tax as applicable (for 8 hours from 10AM to 6PM)
b) Rs. 5000/- + Service tax as applicable (for 4 hours)

for every additional hours Rs.2000/-

Conference Hall

Conference Hall:

A 25 seating capacity fully air conditioned conference hall is available for holding meeting etc. at nominal service charges.
Service Charges:
a) Rs. 4000/- (for 8 hours from 10AM to 6PM)
b) Rs. 2500/- (for 4 hours)

for every additional hours Rs.1000/-

Pl. Note:

1. Security Deposit of 10% of total charges per booking will be payable subject to minimum of Rs.3000/-.
2. GST 18% will be charged on the total service charges.
3. Service charges @50% of the rates will be charged for collaborative programmes, with like minded organisations, which are not organised on regular basis and where involvement of the centre is equal.
4. Providing facilities to outsiders free of cost other than already approved programmes like Mobile Science Exhibition, Teachers' Training Programme, Popular Science Lecture, Meet the Scientist Programme etc. shall be reduced.

Details of levying cancellation charges in case of cancellation of confirmed bookings of Auditorium/Conference Hall and change in confirmed bookings w.e.f 15.04.2019.

Change in a confirmed booking:
Change in date of confirmed booking shall be considered, subject to availability, within fifteen days’ notice period. Such changes in date of confirmed booking, irrespective of whether the booking is for a half day or full day, may be permitted on payment of Rs. 2500/- plus GST as applicable.
Note:
Deduction of charges shall be done from the amount paid by the agency for the confirmed bookings.

CAFETERIA

The centre has a clean and hygienic cafeteria at it’s ground floor. Coffee, Tea, Snacks and fast foods are served from this cafeteria. The cafe also provides lunch, and light refreshments to a large gathering whenever there is a programme in auditorium or conference halls.
